Start with the impasto setting and change the settings to this. Length 1, Density 1, Bristles 1, width 1, Opacity 0, Softness 0, angle 101, Color if not already html code A6937E change to it.
Turn on the top layer and make sure it is active. You are going to apply another Brush strokes effect to it with these settings. Impasto preset with settings. Length 14, Density 12, Bristles 56, Width 3, Opacity 50, Softness 26, Lighting angle 101, Color the same as last time.
