Embossed Photo Finish

• This tutorial uses only PSP 7 for the photo effect.
• Will work in PSP 8,9 and X.
• The frame uses Eye Candy.

Open any image that has ample color to it.

Go to your layer palette.

If your palette is not open go to your view options at the top, toolbars, then put an x next to your palette options.

Right click while on the layer palette background and duplicate your background twice.

This will give you 3 layers.

Activate your middle layer and in the layer blend mode change the blend to hard light.

With the middle layer still active go to effects, texture effects and emboss.

Apply the emboss effect.

Now activate your top layer and change the blend mode to soft light.

With the top layer still active apply the emboss effect to this layer.

You are now finished with your photo.
