Once again go to image, add border and add another border of 15 pixels still making sure that the symmetric window is checked. Select the border with your magic wand same using the same settings as before
and apply KPT5 orbit unless you are using a non tranparent gel preset then you can just go on to the next step. If you are using your own settings for Orb try to use tight small orbs. Do not deselect yet.
While the second border is still selected apply gel. Apply with the wide brush first along the whole image.
Without leaving gel, select the swirl brush and leave the brush settings at the same size as with the flat brush.
Apply the twirl brush along the edge generously in a pattern that will give you plenty of different textures.
Click OK. You should now have something that looks similar to this.
Before you deselect apply Bevel Boss. You can use the preset that was provided or your own settings. See pretty quick and easy!
You can also save frames using this technique by starting out with a transparent background. Add a layer. Select all, modify contract by 20. Invert the selection flood fill with any color and apply Eye Candy Chrome. Deselect.
Add another layer and select all, modify, contract by 15, invert the selection flood fill with any color and apply the above steps of orbit, gel and eye candy bevel boss.
You should have something that looks like this after finishing on a transparent background.
You will then merge visible and save the file to the folder that you would like in a pfr format. Be sure to save pfr as in lavender.pfr instead of just psp format.
Tah Daaaa!!! You are done!
