Fast and easy frames made with plugins

This tutorial uses Eye Candy 4000, KPT 5 orbit and KPT 6 gel. This method is done using a picture but can be done on a transparent background and the frame can be saved using the pfr file type.

Make your foreground color null and your background color to anything that is not found in the image that you want to frame.I used hot pink.

Under Image add border size 5 pixels, make sure that the symmetric window is selected.

Select the border with your magic wand with a tolerance of 2.

While the border is selected apply the Eye Candy Chrome preset or use one of your own.Deselect. You should now have something similar to this.
